Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, reply email address and enquiry. These details are sent through our website’s server and the Formspree delivery service to the ShopClever owner’s private inbox. They are used to respond to your message or investigate a correction.
Formspree processes the submission to deliver it by email. The free plan provides a 30-day submission archive. Email copies remain in the receiving mailbox until removed. Hosting, delivery and mailbox services may process information outside Australia. Formspree privacy information ↗.
Please only include information needed for your enquiry. You can use the contact form to ask about a message you have submitted, request a correction or ask for deletion.
Browsing and spam prevention
ShopClever has no newsletter signup, checkout, visitor analytics or advertising scripts. Product filters and comparison selections remain in page memory while you browse; they are not saved to local storage. The contact form uses a temporary submission identifier to avoid duplicate sending and a hidden field to help filter spam.
The server temporarily uses a hashed network address to limit repeated form requests. It does not maintain a ShopClever database of enquiries.
Hosting
No account or sign-in is required to browse ShopClever. The hosting infrastructure may process technical access logs and device information to serve and secure the website. Its own privacy terms apply.
Retailer links
Links marked “Affiliate link” for 9AM Home redirect through the Impact affiliate platform before taking you to the retailer. Impact and the retailer may use cookies, referral identifiers and technical data to attribute a qualifying purchase. Their privacy and cookie policies apply after you follow a link. Future changes
This notice will be updated before ShopClever introduces visitor analytics, a signup form or materially different collection or handling of personal information.
